The terms on which you may use this website. These are not a BuilderOne subscription agreement — that is a separate document, and this page explains where the line falls.

These terms apply to your use of www.pbookspro.com, the public BuilderOne website. If you use it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
They are written for the website only. They are not the terms on which BuilderOne itself is supplied.
What this website is
This is an informational website about BuilderOne, our enterprise resource planning software for businesses that build, sell and rent property. It describes what the product does, how it is licensed, and how to get in touch.
You can read it, share links to it, and use it to evaluate whether BuilderOne suits your business. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance.
Asking for access does not create a subscription
This is the most important thing on this page, so it is near the top.
You cannot buy BuilderOne on this website. There is no checkout, no card payment, no plan to click, and no account that gets created because you filled in a form. Sending us a request for access is the beginning of a conversation and nothing more — it does not create a subscription, a licence, a services contract, a trial entitlement or any obligation on either of us.
If you go on to become a customer, the supply of BuilderOne will be governed by the separate quote, order form, subscription agreement or services agreement we agree with you. Where anything in that agreement differs from this website, that agreement is what counts.
Product information, quotes and availability
We try to keep this site accurate and current, and the figures on it are counted from the product rather than estimated. Even so, it is a marketing site: the product changes, and a page can fall behind. Information here is for general guidance and is not a warranty about what the software will do in your configuration.
BuilderOne is licensed by module, and which modules and features are available to a given customer depends on what that customer has licensed and how their system is configured. Nothing here should be read as a promise that every module or feature described will be enabled for you. Pricing and scope come from a quote we give you, not from this website.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — the text, layout, design, graphics, product screenshots and the BuilderOne and PBooksPro names and logos — belongs to us or is used by us with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. The BuilderOne software itself is licensed, never sold.
You may read the site, print a page, and share links to it. You may quote a reasonable extract with attribution. You may not copy the site or a substantial part of it, present our content as your own, or use our names or logos in a way that suggests an endorsement or a relationship that does not exist.
Any other names, marks or products mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners, and we claim nothing in them.
Using the site properly
Normal use — reading, evaluating, sharing, getting in touch — is exactly what the site is for, and nothing below is aimed at it.
Please do not:
- attack the site or the infrastructure it runs on, or try to interrupt it for other people;
- try to gain access to any part of it, or any connected system, that is not open to you;
- probe or circumvent security measures, other than in genuine, responsible security research that you report to us;
- use it to distribute malware, or to send anything unlawful through our contact channels;
- collect data from it by automated means in a way that harms the service or breaches the law — ordinary search-engine crawling is welcome;
- misrepresent who you are in a way intended to deceive us or another visitor;
- infringe our rights or anyone else’s.
If you think you have found a security problem, please tell us before you tell anyone else. We would much rather hear from you.
Links and third-party services
This site links to WhatsApp, and to the BuilderOne application, which sits behind its own login. Those services are provided by others under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Following such a link is your decision, and their terms apply to what happens there.
The website is provided as it is
We put real effort into this site, but we provide it as it is and as it is available. We do not promise that it will always be reachable, that it will be free of every error, or that it will meet a particular need of yours. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties about the website.
This section is about the website. It is not about BuilderOne the product, whose warranties are whatever your agreement with us says they are.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data arising from it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing here affects any right you have under a separate agreement with us for the supply of BuilderOne.
Governing law
We operate from Pakistan, and these website terms and any dispute arising from your use of this website are governed by the laws of Pakistan. This does not displace whatever governing law and dispute resolution your separate agreement with us specifies for the supply of BuilderOne.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The effective date at the top shows when the current version took effect, and using the site after that date means you accept the updated version.
