The partners funding your projects, on the same ledger as the projects

Who invested, in which project, what their position is now, what profit has been allocated to them and what has been paid out — investments, distributions and payouts each a posted document.

How it flows

An investor’s position

Principal and allocated profit are kept apart from the first entry.

  1. Capital invested
  2. Position
  3. Transfer
  4. Profit distribution
  5. Payout approved
  6. Posted to the ledger

Capabilities

What Investor Management covers

  • Investors and positions

An investor register and a position per investor per project.

  • Capital investments

Capital in is a recorded, approved and posted document against a project.

  • Project transfers

Capital moves between projects as an explicit transfer with a history.

  • Profit distributions

Allocations are made from certified project profit produced by Accounting, not from a working file.

  • Payouts

A payout returns principal or allocated profit, with approval.

  • Investor ledger

Every movement per investor, and the current position across the portfolio.

In the books

What Investor Management posts to Accounting

Investments, distributions and payouts are postings, and a transfer moves a position between investors without a journal — so an investor’s balance and the ledger agree.

  • Capital investment → cash in, investor capital
  • Profit distribution → profit allocated to positions
  • Payout → cash out against the position

Straight answers

Questions buyers ask us

Specific to Investor Management.

Can investors log in to see their position?

No. There is no investor portal. Your team shares the investor ledger and position.

Can profit be distributed before a project is certified?

Distributions draw on certified project profit. If a project shows a loss, there is nothing to distribute.
