Module · Real estate accounting
One general ledger under every module — and Finance in control of it
Sales, rent, site, purchasing and payroll documents arrive in Accounting already mapped to accounts, project and period. Finance reviews, posts and reports.

Capabilities
What Accounting covers
Chart of accounts and journals
Your own chart, or start from the default. Manual journals with reversals.
Fiscal years and periods
Open, soft-close and hard-close periods. A closed period will not accept a posting.
One posting queue
Sales, rental, purchasing and contractor documents wait in Accounting Integrations until Finance posts them — one at a time or a selection together. Payroll, assets, investor, project-management and construction-billing postings are made from their own screens by people whose role allows it, always into an open period.
Mappings you control
Each source document knows its accounts through mappings Finance maintains.
Project and building dimensions
Journal lines carry a project or building, so the statements can be scoped to one.
Financial statements
Trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet, general ledger, journal register and ageing.
Cash, bank and reconciliation
Cash and bank accounts, payment instruments, and reconciliation sessions where statement lines are entered and matched.
Currency and tax
Foreign-currency postings with dated exchange rates and realised gain or loss; configurable tax codes for sales tax, withholding and advance tax.

Straight answers
Questions buyers ask us
Specific to Accounting.
Does posting happen automatically?
No. The system prepares each entry from its source document; Finance posts it from one queue, into an open period.
Does it connect to our bank?
No bank feeds or statement import today. In a reconciliation session you enter statement lines and match them to ledger entries.
Is there a cash flow statement?
Not at company level yet. Construction has a per-project cash-flow view.
Do manual journals need approval?
Manual journals post directly, by users whose role allows it. Operational documents — orders, bills, payroll, payouts — are the ones that run through approval routes.
Can we consolidate several companies?
Each company is its own set of books, and there is no consolidated reporting across companies.
